I started the year with a 10k.

Back in January, it was already clear that a half-marathon will follow this year. This is close. Two more weeks until I will run more than 20km for the first time since 2017.

Unfortunately, I was sick a couple of times during the training phase and thus don’t feel super-prepared.

The Running Coach recommended to do a first test run today, an easy pace, 100 minutes.

Good news: I did it! I ran all the time, didn’t need to walk in between. The shoes were great. I felt strong.

Garmin assumes I will be able to complete the run in 02:05h. This is five minutes more than I hoped for - but I guess the best I can hope for giving the bad preparation.
